5. No Guarantee of Availability
Submitting this form does not guarantee availability, hold a date, or constitute a booking. Your date is only secured upon receipt of a signed contract and retainer payment from Motus Weddings.

All marketing emails we send will clearly identify Motus Weddings as the sender, include a valid physical mailing address, and provide a clear and easy unsubscribe mechanism honored within 10 business days, in compliance with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act.
7. GDPR Compliance (European Union & EEA)
If you are located in the EU, EEA, or UK: your data is processed based on your freely given, informed consent. You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data at any time by contacting love@motusweddings.com. Your data is stored and processed in the United States. By submitting, you consent to this transfer.

We use Google Apps Script, Gmail, and Google Sheets to receive and store inquiry data, subject to Google's Privacy Policy. We use Notion for internal CRM purposes. We do not share your data with any other third parties for marketing purposes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts in Colorado.
