We're transparent that all bookings are final once confirmed, we carve out your date exclusively and turn down everything else. That's the trade: commitment from both sides.

If something truly beyond our control prevents us from being there, we will do everything within our power... including finding and briefing a trusted replacement, so your day is covered.
